AC Residences by Marriott, Cap Cana is the world's first AC Residences by Marriott — only 60 private residences, developed and promoted by Gesproin Group as its flagship project. It sits inside Cap Cana, one of the most exclusive private communities in the Caribbean, at the foot of a golf course and steps from Juanillo Beach, close to the Cap Cana Marina, the equestrian center and the community's beaches and restaurants.

The project brings together three signatures: the European design language of AC Hotels, the service standards of Marriott International Branded Residences, and the architecture of the Spanish studio MORPH — curved, terraced façades wrapped in greenery, with every home opening onto generous terraces.

The residences: one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, delivered fully furnished. One-bedroom units offer about 76–77 m² of interior space plus terrace; two-bedroom units about 110–114 m², some with large open terraces; two-level two-bedroom residences with family room about 149–158 m², with terraces of up to 150 m²; and three-bedroom residences about 143–153 m², some with a private garden. Areas vary according to the position in the building.

Amenities: hotel-style lobby, restaurant and bar, resort pool and solarium, rooftop, gym, coworking, kids' club, media room, VIP lounge and private owners' lounges, events space, store and dedicated residents' parking.

Owner privileges: ownership opens the door to ONVIA, the benefits programme for Marriott branded-residence owners — including Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite status and preferential access at hotels in some 130 countries.
