Poseidonia by ASTON is the largest branded-residence project in Cana Bay — about 1,319 apartments in Greco-Roman-inspired buildings with Doric columns, stone arches, high ceilings and landscaped gardens, developed by Noval Properties inside the gated Cana Bay beach-and-golf community on Arena Gorda, next to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and about 1 km from the beach.
Unit details: 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments from 56 m², delivered fully furnished and decorated, with open-plan living, modern kitchens and balconies facing the gardens, pool or golf course. Penthouses add semi-covered rooftop terraces with private jacuzzi and barbecue.
Amenities: an 830-metre meandering pool of varying widths and depths with children's areas — marketed as the longest pool in the Caribbean — plus restaurant and pool bar, gourmet food hall, trattoria, sports bar, fully equipped gym with terrace and outdoor gym, social lounges, convenience store, 24-hour security and concierge, elevators in every building, EV charging and rainwater collection for irrigation.
