Aquamarine by Noval

Aquamarine is the first branded residence in Juan Dolio: a beachfront tower by Noval Properties under the INNSiDE by Meliá lifestyle brand, launched in June 2026. Its organic, wave-inspired silhouette rises directly on Juan Dolio Beach, in the Guayacanes tourist municipality — about 20 minutes from Las Américas International Airport and about 45 minutes from Santo Domingo, the capital's closest stretch of Caribbean beach.
