Coralia by Noval
Overview: Coralia by Noval
Coralia is Noval Properties' largest project to date: the first vertical city on the waterfront of Santo Domingo East, an investment of more than US$1.3 billion presented in June 2026. It rises at the intersection of Avenida España and Avenida Las Américas, facing the Caribbean Sea — about 20 minutes from Las Américas International Airport (SDQ) and about 10 minutes from the Colonial City.
The project: six residential towers of up to 50 floors and a hotel tower operated by Meliá with 240 rooms — 3,369 residences in total, from studios to three-bedroom homes — plus a convention center for about 6,000 people on 12,000 m², a seafront commercial area, a gastronomic market and restaurants. It is built by CHEC and developed in phases, starting from the southern side of the complex.
Amenities: sky lounges with views over the sea and the city, infinity pools and pool bar, lobby lounge, coworking spaces, spa and beauty center, fully equipped gym, kids' club and playground, game room and media room, BBQ area, solarium, gardens and sports areas.
Why it matters for investors: a capital-city location with year-round demand from business travel, events at the convention center and the hotel next door, in a project approved under CONFOTUR. Prices from US$154,000. The animated renders in the gallery show the towers, the pools and the common areas; the interiors show the furnishing proposal for the apartments.
